My name is Avery Sears, and I come from a background in manufacturing, where I learned the value of hard work, problem-solving, and integrity.
Real estate has always been a passion of mine, from learning about investments to home renovations.
My wife works in healthcare, caring for patients in both ER and surgical settings. Her compassion, attention to detail, and people-first mindset are a big part of how we run our business.
